Located in Pekin, Illinois, JM Industrial
Supply has been providing quality maintenance, repair and operations
material for the past twenty-five years. Just minutes away from
Peoria, JMIS's office is centrally located in the heart of Illinois'
industrial production. Supplying both light and heavy manufacturing
companies as well as other industrial markets, JMIS acts as a
“hardware store” or mill supply house for companies in many
different fields. Founded in 1984, JMIS quickly made a name for
itself as a distribution center that focused on efficiency and
quality distribution. In 1999, the current president and majority
owner Ronald Givens assumed control of the company. Mr. Givens, a
Veteran of the U.S. Marines, continues to uphold and advance the
principles of customer satisfaction that are evident in all aspects
of JMIS’s operations. JMIS maintains an ISO 9001:2000 certificate
initially granted in 2004, which is a testament to JMIS’s commitment
to quality. Granted an 8(a) designation by the Small Business
Administration (SBA) in 2007, and a Disadvantaged Business
Enterprise (DBE) certification by the Illinois Unified Certification
Program (IL UCP) in 2008, JMIS is currently venturing into new areas
of industrial supply, as well as construction opportunities and
continued involvement with government contracts. |
